Great Stay
Hi,
I would just like to thank Sharon for welcoming
me, a great stay in all

To be avoided at all costs -awful conditions
This is an awful filthy establishment. Not a B&B
as breakfast not forthcoming when we visited as
Breakfast area not open at 8am when said it
should be. No hot water. Broken toilet seat. No
loo roll. Springs dug into back on bed which was
just awful. Filthy towels, dusty furniture,
disgustingly stained and dirty carpet - not fit
for humans to stay in. In my opinion should not
be allowed to stay open. Owner not helpful
about our complaint - nothing that staff can do,
apart from clean maybe. Have to pay cash - no
receipt given. This place should be avoided at
all costs - two out of the four of us booked in
here slept in our car which was preferable to
the filth of the rooms we were provided with.
Not just tatty, not just uncomfortable, but
downright filthy and nasty.

YUCK YUCK YUCK AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Where can I start to say how awful, unclean,
falling apart, dangerous this place is - shall I
continue. The owner does not listen to
complaints and even though I slept in my car
overnight rather than stay here would not refund
part or all of my money which he took in cash
and didn't give a receipt. Unfortunately my
friends had booked me in and paid for my room
because I could not get there before the six o
clock dead line to book in otherwise I would not
have set foot on the premises. I could rant on
for ages how terrible this place is but am sure
any future prospective bookings will have got
the idea by now - really do mean avoid at all
costs.

Embarrasingly awful I will never live it down
What can I say I looked on the website and
phoned the dartford B&B coz I was having a party
and needed a B&B within taxi distance of my
house and recommended this place to my friends -
how silly of me not to check first - All my
local friends can't believe I was silly enough
to even enter into the idea of this B&B
apparantly it is renowned locally, even my
mother was having a go at me the next day -
please nobody fall into the trap I did, I spoke
to Sydney the Owner and at no point did he let
on in any way as to how bad the accomodation
was - which believe me it is, but apparantly I
was the only person in Dartford not to know this.
